Acceptable Use Policy

This policy forms part of the RakshEx Terms of Service. Customer is responsible for its users, service accounts, integrations, agents, and workloads.

Authorised Use

Use RakshEx only for systems, repositories, cloud accounts, credentials, subscriptions, and data that you own or are expressly authorised to access, scan, test, or govern. Respect provider terms, rate limits, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, export controls, and applicable law.

Prohibited Use

You may not use RakshEx to:

• access, test, scan, disrupt, or exploit a system without permission;
• steal, expose, trade, or retain credentials, personal data, confidential data, or model prompts without authority;
• bypass provider safeguards, quotas, safety controls, account restrictions, or payment obligations;
• distribute malware, phishing, credential stuffing, denial-of-service traffic, or destructive payloads;
• facilitate unlawful surveillance, discrimination, harassment, fraud, child exploitation, human trafficking, or violent wrongdoing;
• generate or distribute content that is illegal or infringes third-party rights;
• make employment, credit, insurance, healthcare, legal, biometric, law-enforcement, or other high-impact decisions about a person without lawful authority, appropriate testing, transparency, and meaningful human review;
• misrepresent an estimate, automated finding, compliance mapping, or AI output as a certification, professional opinion, or verified fact;
• probe RakshEx beyond the responsible disclosure policy, resell the Service without permission, or interfere with tenant isolation;
• use Customer Data or the Service to build a directly competing product where prohibited by an executed Order Form.

Controlled Security Testing

Red-team and active scanning must remain within the approved target, rate, time window, and authorisation. Customer must maintain a contact able to stop testing. RakshEx may rate-limit or suspend a test that threatens the Service, a provider, or another customer.

Enforcement

We may investigate credible violations, preserve relevant evidence, restrict a feature, suspend access, or terminate under the Terms. Where practicable, we will notify Customer and allow remediation. We may report unlawful conduct when legally required. Report abuse to abuse@rakshex.in.
