1. Acceptance

By accessing RaksHex (rakshex.in), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Use of Service

RaksHex is provided for lawful API security testing and LLM governance purposes only. You may not use it to attack systems you do not own or have permission to test.

3. Intellectual Property

All platform code, UI, and content are owned by Rashi Technologies. Provisional patents filed: NHCE/DEV/2026/001–004.

4. Disclaimer

RaksHex is currently in beta. We make no guarantees of uptime or completeness of security coverage. Use at your own risk during the beta period.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Karnataka, India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru.
